David McManus is the Podcast Product Manager at The Atlantic, focusing on monetization and analytics for audio products. In more than 6 years at The Atlantic, he has been integral in the execution and coordination of The Experiment, a podcast done in partnership with WNYC as well as Floodlines, a podcast about the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina that won a Peabody Award in 2020. Additionally, he's spearheaded The Atlantic's partnership with Boston Consulting Group, which centered on a custom podcast called American Metamorphosis. To date, American Metamorphosis has received a Native Advertising Award and a Media Voices Publisher Podcast Award, and has generated over 5.2M downloads.

Patrick is a Director of Research & Insights at DISQO, specializing in research and insights within their ad measurement, ad testing, and consumer survey tools. Prior to DISQO, Patrick has been in research consulting on both the client side (aviation, education) and vendor side (CPG, auto, foodservice, finance), serving as an expert in research design, advanced analytics, and data-driven decision-making. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2014 from Indiana University, with a focus on social psychology and research methods.
